A Very Fine Rosewood Box
In original condition c1850 decorated with
various wood inlays in a geometrical design on the top and front,in the center
of the top is a butterfly design made of a "Tunbridge "
inlayed pattern.Internally it is the original condition with red silk fabric in
the lid and red paper lining and working lock,it may once of had a tray

In perfect original condition,it dates
from the Regency period of 1820 and was made in Germany.It is unusual to find

A Good Quality Oak Cigar/Display Box.
This box is made of solid oak with a pine
back and bottom,as can be seen the top and front have beveled glass and there is
a drawer in the front.The hinges lock and activator for the drawer are all
silver plated on brass,as are the corner reinforcing strips on the
top,unfortunatly most of the silver on these has been polished away.This
box appears to be in unrestored, untouched original condition.Size
